All My Photography Workshop bookings are subject to acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions


A reservation fee of £600 will hold your spot.

To secure your place on the 20 – 22 September 2022, Val d’Orcia Landscape Workshop, the full balance of £600,00 payable via wire transfer is required. Please note that places on the workshop are not confirmed until full payment has been received. Full payment is to be made prior to the start of the workshop when CTP send out an invoice for the full amount to clients. If payment isn’t received and there is no communication from you within 7 days of sending the request for payment, CTP reserve the right to consider your booking as cancelled by the participant. When booking within 90 days of the start of the workshop, immediate full payment will be required to secure your place. The sender assumes responsibility for all wire transfer charges.

All necessary payment details, to reserve your place or book your trip will be provided separately by email. Upon payment of your deposit, CTP will send you a Welcome pack including suggestions and travel information specific to your workshop.


There is no charge for cancellation within 10 days of booking your workshop.

Ten days after booking, reservation fees are non-refundable but may be applied to a future workshop event.

Cancellations less than 90 days prior to the workshop incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total workshop cost.

Cancellations less than 60 days prior to the workshop incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total workshop cost.

Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the workshop incur a cancellation fee of 75% of the total workshop cost.

Payments made can also be saved as a credit to use towards any other new or rescheduled workshop.

CTP highly recommend that all workshop participants purchase adequate travel insurance, health insurance, accident insurance, mountain rescue insurance, personal liability insurance for the duration of your workshop.

CTP reserves the right to cancel any trip for any reason whatsoever, including insufficient signup, logistical problems that may impede a workshop, hotel closures or acts of God. (CTP have never yet had to cancel a workshop.) In these instance CTP offers a full refund of all fees paid by current participants of the workshop, or people who have cancelled within 7 days of CTP cancelation of the workshop. This shall release CTP from any further liability. CTP is not responsible for any expenses incurred by workshop participants in preparing for a cancelled workshop. In the case that CTP need to cancel a trip in progress due to concerns about the safety and welfare of workshop participants, received refunds will be proportional to the amount of remaining time of that workshop. CTP are not responsible for any travel tickets purchased directly by participants.


CTP guests are required to sign a waiver of liability releasing CTP from any damage and personal injury liability while participating in a workshop, tour, or course. CTP will request a copy of your valid travel insurance, a requisite for each participant. Ideally, your travel insurance will cover personal medical expenses, personal liability, lost or stolen luggage, and damaged camera equipment.

Participation in any outdoor activity carries with its certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated, including, but not limited to, theft, loss or damage of personal property, bodily injury, illness, temporary or permanent disability, and death, which may be caused by acts of nature, negligence or actions of others.
By registering in any Workshop, Tour, Course or other outdoor activities offered by CTP, you acknowledge that you are aware that such hazards, dangers, and risks, including those not mentioned herein, exist and cannot be eliminated. You also acknowledge other dangers and risks, known and unknown, may also exist. Your application shall serve as a release of our liability and a complete assumption of all risks by you, your heirs, personal representative, or assigns.

You also acknowledge that you have assumed the responsibility to select an activity, among those proposed by CTP that is appropriate to your physical abilities and interests. You are personally responsible for being in sufficiently good health to undertake such activity. By accepting our Terms and Conditions, and by paying the deposit, you certify that you do not knowingly have any physical or other considerations of disability that would represent a risk for you or other participants.

We reserve the right to request a doctor’s statement of good health.
You acknowledge that in certain foreign, remote, wild and mountainous areas, medical services and facilities may not be readily available during all or part of the Workshop/Tour/Course, including medical care, the presence of physicians, and medication. You understand that instructors may not possess the required training or equipment to handle incidents that may occur. In the case of injury, accident, illness, or your inability to complete the Workshop/Tour/Course, you will bear the full cost of any additional transportation or evacuation procedures performed by CTP or others.

In consideration of, and as part of the payment for your registration in a Workshop, Tour, Course or any other activities that CTP or their assigns may be conducting, you for yourself, your family members and heirs, administrators, executors, successors, personal representatives or assigns, do hereby voluntarily release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue CTP, Cymon Taylor, their employees, assigns, independent contractors or anyone involved thereof, from any damages, liabilities, costs, injuries whether mental or physical, whether known or unknown. You certify that you are voluntarily participating in these CTP activities and assume all risks, consequences, and potential liability for this participation.


Participants are responsible for their transport to and from the designated meeting point for the workshop (airport, hotel, train station, etc.), and for arriving on time. CTP will attempt to ensure that all participants are collected, in the case of very late arrival, this may not always be possible as CTP must maintain the timely running of the workshop. In such cases, it is the responsibility of the client to join the workshop and assume the costs of doing this, and in such instances, CTP is not liable for any portion of the workshops missed. The participants are responsible for their baggage, photographic equipment, and personal items always during the workshop.


While CTP will make every effort to follow the itinerary laid out in the workshop documentation, CTP reserve the right to make changes or modifications due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstancese
